§ 1. Responsibility of Members
- Membership
Any user who creates a membership account, and agrees to our terms, automatically becomes a valid member. Members have the obligation to act as stated on the membership agreement. OwnGame.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided in account info. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the OwnGame.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
- Registration
Consists of submitting truthful information based on your full name, e-mail address, and e-gold number (if so desired). Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You may not sign-up multiple times with different information.
- Personal Contact
The e-mail is our main way of personal contact with the user. We will not ask for your home address, or telephone number.
- Income Tax Responsibility
You and OwnGame.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and OwnGame.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of OwnGame.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.We are not responsible for any member tax liability.
§ 2. Limitation of Liability
- Losses
OwnGame.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or OwnGame.comt program, even if OwnGame.comt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, OwnGame.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. OwnGame.com is not responsible for any losses caused by the users behavior; a word of warning is at hand: "Do not spend what you cannot afford to loose".
- Negligence
We are not responsible for any losses incurred by the members, due to technical mishaps, hacker’s attacks, malicious behavior and all other Internet prone activities.
- Security
You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change your password by logging into your account and following the "Account Info." link. Each member is responsible for his financial accounts security, i.e. e-gold, Money Bookers. We do not ask for user names and passwords on the respective financial institutions accounts, therefore we have no liability due to user negligence, lost passwords, stolen passwords and hacked accounts.
§ 3. Responsibilities
- Game
All members are responsible to maintain their game to the best of their ability.
- Actions
Each member is responsible for his own actions. You are also responsible for any and all use of your OwnGame.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
- OwnGame.com
OwnGame.com is responsible to provide continuous service and access to our site, to the best of our abilities. We reserve the option to shut down the site for upgrades, backups and necessary maintenance procedure required to keep our server in top conditions and provide the users with an enhanced experience.
- Issues
We are responsible to solve any member’s issues, and system glitches (bugs) in reasonable time, and to the best of our abilities.

Privacy Policy
We are responsible for not disclosing any information, regarding any one of our members, unless we are required by any legal body to do so. OwnGame.com has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Members may opt-out of receiving future mailings in any moment.
§ 4. Reason for Termination of Membership
- Swindling
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by OwnGame.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. We have means of tracing every spend and payment by e-gold number or MoneyBookers and IP address, and if we find that there are any irregularities, and the user has not reported it, we will terminated your account.
- SPAM
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with OwnGame.com and may result in legal prosecution. OwnGame.comt strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
